About Veronika
After several years in institutional investment and fund management, I founded Flowestate to bring more agility, transparency and international perspective into the professional real estate world.
I work hands-on, closely integrated with management teams, investors and partners — focusing on execution, not just strategy.
At Catella, I was involved in cross-border transactions and the management of pan-European real estate assets — shaping my ability to navigate complex structures, stakeholders and markets.
My academic background in International Real Estate Management (B.A.) and Real Estate Economics (M.Sc. IREBS) is combined by broad international experience in the UK, Tanzania, China and the Netherlands.
Flowestate reflects how I approach real estate: Not as a linear process — but as something that requires timing and alignment between strategy and execution.
When I’m not working with real estate, you’ll most likely find me somewhere outdoors — between the mountains and the sea.
