About me
Veronika Leupold
Management Consultant | Interim Manager | Real Estate Economist
I combine extensive experience in institutional real estate with the entrepreneurial perspective and hands-on execution of an independent advisor. Before founding Flowestate, I worked at Catella on pan-European real estate transactions, managed international portfolios and served as Innovation Manager.
My academic background includes a B.A. in International Real Estate Management (Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences) and an M.Sc. in Real Estate Economics (IREBS). Academic and professional experience in the UK, Tanzania, China and the Netherlands has shaped my international perspective.
The challenges facing today’s real estate industry call for a high degree of agility, adaptability and operational strength. Through Flowestate, I bring my experience exactly where it is needed.
Being in a state of “flow” means working with focus, clarity and momentum. This approach shapes my work: enabling sound decisions and consistently moving projects forward.
